Festive & Fabulous

It’s a pretty fun time of year! I absolutely love the 4th of July. I love that family comes in to town and it’s perfectly acceptable to eat massive amounts of ice cream and strawberries. It’s probably the second best holiday of the year! I always have every intention of putting together a perfect red, white & blue outfit, but seem to run into trouble finding something non-tacky or silly. Each of these items would be the perfect addition (or starting point) to any outfit. The printed pieces would be great with a basic white tee, cardigan or button-up. And those heels? They’re wonderfully comfortable and are a great color! Have the best Independence Day!

A Special Night Out

Earrings || Dress (Similar options here and here) || Clutch || Wedges

I hope you had a wonderful week! In honor of the weekend and fun plans (hopefully!), I thought I’d share my dream dress. It’s my favorite silhouette and the length is perfect for work or play. It’s a bit pricey, so I’ve included a few other similar options! The earrings are very versatile and I’ve worn mine to work and even on dates. They’re stunning in person. Be sure to check out the backside–the detail is stunning!
Does anyone want to buy matching dresses and walk the streets of Paris? That just sounds ideal. Have a lovely weekend!

Deal of the Day!

Calling all hostesses! In the spirit of sharing, I thought I’d let you guys know about this fantastic deal over on Pick Your Plum! Today’s offer is wonderful. Explore: London Day Trip

Hey all! I’ve been particularly nostalgic lately and have been missing London tremendously. One of our absolute favorite activities was the Harry Potter studio tour. It was sort of a day trip because we took our time. It’d probably only take half a day if you started early in the day. The popularity of the tour required that we book far in advance for a specific date and time, but it was absolutely worth it! The short train ride and 15 minute bus ride are easy to navigate, which is always helpful!
The tour itself is just what you would imagine: a fantastic visual delight for any Harry Potter aficionado. Everything was colorful, massive and utterly impressive. The highlight? Butterbeer. Obviously, right? It was absolutely delicious.
If you are in London, make the effort to book the tickets online and enjoy this fantastic day out!
