Hey all! I hope you’re having a great week so far! So, I found these shoes from J. Crew’s new collection and I love them SO much! Isn’t that design incredible? I tried to build this look around them. The outfit is a bit eclectic, but I love how the pieces fell together. Oh and by the way, drawstring pants? Yes, please. Always.

Happy Tuesday everyone! I was doing a little online shopping last night and decided to share some of the favorite things I found. Isn’t that bag gorgeous? I love the scalloped detailing! Since summer is on its way out, I thought it was only necessary to show a bright bathing suit to celebrate the warm weather while it’s still here. The colors are so splendid.

Isn’t the jewelry fantastic? I’m such a fan of all things that sparkle, so naturally, these pieces are must-haves.
Finally, the Essie Fall Collection set has a bit of sheen and is just different enough to welcome in the new season. Hope you like the picks! Have a great day!

Over the Weekend…

Happy Monday! I hope you had a spectacular weekend! We had a jam packed, extremely fun weekend. It was hard to believe when it was already 8 p.m. on Sunday night! We started the weekend off right with a simple Friday date night complete with a yummy salad in comfy sneakers. It started off our low-key, easy weekend in just the right way. 
We got up bright and early on Saturday morning for an afternoon of waverunning and paddleboarding! Our first time paddleboarding was, well, interesting on the severely choppy water. Apparently, it’s supposed to be a relatively easy activity…not so. It was so windy that someone was losing their balance every five minutes or so! We were definitely a sight to see. People were giggling and children were pointing, but we had a fantastic time nonetheless! Big thanks to our fun friends for the great activity!
Later that evening, I dragged myself off the bed following an extremely long nap. I was exhausted from our water excursion! I met up with my beautiful friend at the Utah Style Icon Awards for a great evening. Held at an onsite venue at Thanksgiving Point, the event was beautifully decorated and perfectly hosted. It was so fun to get dressed up and have a great girls’ night with some talented ladies! 
The rest of the weekend was spent relaxing and reading. Miss B entertained us quite a bit as well! Hope your weekend was spectacular!

Friday Finds: Caitlin Wilson Textiles

I’m really excited about this amazing company and designer! I’ve known about Caitlin Wilson‘s amazing talents for several years now – prior to seeing her collections. You see, I was on the same study abroad as her fiance (now husband) several years ago and even though we had never met her, all of us were intrigued with the perfect person he always spoke so highly of. We knew she was an interior designer and we definitely knew she was ultra-stylish. Fast-forward a couple of years and this talented lady has produced some of the most popular, beautiful decorative pillows and fabrics. She describes her design aesthetic as “sophisticated and unique but…not limited to one style.” Her designs are colorful and pair quite easily with each other–making for one gorgeous space!
