Hello lovelies! I’ve been dying to make a trip to Nordstrom for a bit of fall shopping, but we’ve been so busy that I’ve resorted to online browsing. These are some of my favorites so far and my favorite is that reversible jacket. I was smitten once I put it on—it’s one of the most comfortable, yet structured pieces I own. I highly recommend it for the upcoming fall weather.

Contrary to the title of this post, you will not be learning how to camp, camping tips or anything positive related to camping. This is basically just a confession of how poor a camper I am. Get it?! Irony.

When we were invited on a friends camping trip, I was feeling quite brave and consented. My only request? Bathrooms. Our understanding friends located a site that had cute little bathroom buildings, but unfortunately, these convenient buildings were closed for the season. Awesome. The fact that this made me want to cry helped me realize that I truly need to get out more. Next summer is going to be all about the great outdoors. Hopefully! But while I work (slowly) toward that goal, I decided to capture my camping outfit. I had to do something to get me back in my comfort zone, right?!
