Hey all! I hope you had a stellar Easter weekend! We had an extremely low-key weekend thanks to my ancient back. I re-injured it at work on Wednesday and was nearly immobile all weekend. Yippee. It’s not nearly as bad as last time, but it’s kept me from doing anything fun.

The other day Jack said, “Shoes and purses are sort of your thing, right?” Although I feel like that statement is applicable to lots of women, I thought about it and said, “Yes. Shoes and purses never make you self-conscious and never make you feel fat!” Dresses? Yes. Tops? Yes. Jeans/pants? Absolutely. Anytime we go shopping, it’s a guarantee that I won’t get grumpy as long as I’m shopping for shoes and bags. There’s never any frustration or vows to no longer eat cookies when you’re looking at sandals and heels. And since cookies are a life necessity, I’m always going to support accessories and footwear.

Since it’s been wonderfully warm this past week, I’ve been breaking out my spring and summer shoes! I thought I’d share my favorite brands and styles because shoes make me smile Enjoy!
