It’s one of the best times of the year! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale begins on July 19 in stores and online! It’s certainly the perfect place to get some great end-of-summer and fall items at great prices. Can’t wait until Friday? You can get early access by applying for one of the three Nordstrom cards. I’m loving all these picks and can’t wait to start shopping tonight! Enjoy!

Our spontaneous road trip led us to Jackson, Yellowstone & the Tetons! It was such an adventure. We wanted somewhere cooler than 100 degrees and we found it! We saw the usual sights, including some exciting animal sightings. Husband was literally two feet away from a buffalo out the side of our car! Road trips are always about being comfortable, but that also means I get to be creative when it comes to my travel clothes! This slouchy sweater is amazingly comfortable and was easy to dress up for dinner in Jackson later that evening. And the leggings? Well, they’re leggings and Zella. You can’t really go wrong there!

It’s a pretty fun time of year! I absolutely love the 4th of July. I love that family comes in to town and it’s perfectly acceptable to eat massive amounts of ice cream and strawberries. It’s probably the second best holiday of the year! I always have every intention of putting together a perfect red, white & blue outfit, but seem to run into trouble finding something non-tacky or silly. Each of these items would be the perfect addition (or starting point) to any outfit. The printed pieces would be great with a basic white tee, cardigan or button-up. And those heels? They’re wonderfully comfortable and are a great color! Have the best Independence Day!
